Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years industry experience in Embedded Software, DSP, or Audio System development.
Expert-level embedded C/C++ programming skills and strong experience with Audio Codecs (LC3, AAC, SBC, CVSD, aptX, MP3, FLAC, AMR or similar).
Experience with Audio Firmware, DSP Framework development, Bluetooth Audio technologies, ARM Cortex-M or HiFi DSP, and RTOS concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead complex audio embedded software development and system-level debugging for DSP platforms.
Experienced in performance optimization across memory, power, and latency in embedded audio applications.
Strong collaborator with cross-team and customer engagement experience, capable of mentoring others and contributing to technology roadmaps and advanced audio processing techniques including ML-based methods.
