Sr Principal Systems/Software Engineer

Lead development of software system architectures and strategies across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.

Influence technology roadmaps by recommending new technologies and managing integration plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring, influencing executive decisions and contributing to external technical community through innovations like patents and whitepapers.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Typically 12+ years of relevant experience in software system architecture and development.

Experience leading architecture and design of scalable software systems across multiple platforms.

Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.

Experienced in architecting innovative software system design tools and languages with a history of multiple patents or deployed solutions.

Proven ability to communicate complex technical architectures and influence decisions at business unit and executive levels.

Strategic thinker with a record of delivering long-lasting benefits such as cost reduction, time-to-market improvements, and risk mitigation.
