Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Paint Engineering or related field with AI/Data Science certification or special interest.
5+ years experience in Digital Transformation, Digital Twin/Digital Thread implementation, Industrial Automation, XR, and Vision Systems in automotive or discrete manufacturing.
Proven skills in AI/ML, Smart Factory, Advanced Analytics, Computer Vision, and Digital Twin solutions development and deployment.
No immigration sponsorship; hybrid work arrangement requiring office presence 4 days/week; willingness to travel globally up to 50-70%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating business requirements into scalable digital and automation solutions within automotive paint or discrete manufacturing contexts.
Hands-on expertise with Digital Twin, XR, industrial metaverse platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Omniverse, Siemens Xcelerator, Azure Digital Twins) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledgeable in CAD automation, industrial robotics, automotive paint shop processes, launches, and virtual commissioning with strong stakeholder management abilities.
