Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or related field (B.Tech explicitly mentioned).
10+ years overall work experience with at least 2-3 years in data engineering, data science, or data analysis.
Mandatory skills: Process Mining, AI, SQL (excellent), Python (preferred).
Fluent English in spoken and written form.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in agile methodologies such as Scrum within multinational teams producing software solutions.
Strong analytical and consulting capability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and storytelling.
Knowledgeable in business economics, especially activity-based costing, and quality requirements in software development.
