Strong object-oriented programming skills with understanding of design patterns and software engineering practices.
Experience with backend frameworks (Spring, Django, Flask) desirable; knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced backend developer comfortable working with Java or Python in enterprise-scale environments.
Familiar with AI assistant integration, prompt engineering, and addressing AI limitations such as hallucinations and biases.
Able to communicate technical details and documentation clearly, suited for a small dynamic company environment involving cross-team collaboration.
