Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Automotive domain work experience explicitly required.
Strong proficiency in C programming with MISRA compliance and embedded fundamentals including microcontroller architecture and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR (Base Software, COM stack, Memory stack, Diagnostic Communication Manager), UDS protocol, and Bootloader Development.
Degree Required: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded automotive software development with demonstrated knowledge of AUTOSAR and diagnostic protocols.
Capable of handling technical leadership roles including mentoring and cross-team collaboration within complex software development life cycles.
Proficient in advanced debugging tools (Lauterbach, Renesas E1/E2, GDB, Vector CANoe) and scripting languages (Java, Perl, Python, CAPL) for development and testing automation.
