Minimum Requirements
6-7 years total experience with at least 3 years in Azure AI Ecosystem, Python, and related technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI services, GPT and Azure OpenAI models, Cognitive Search, and document intelligence.
BSc or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Proficient in software engineering practices, including CI/CD on Azure, load testing generative AI apps, and experience with Databricks and Spark.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering AI-driven applications at scale, combining software engineering rigor with advanced NLP and deep learning expertise.
Comfortable working in highly collaborative environments involving legal technology and business stakeholders across multiple domains.
Proven ability to lead architecture design and improve AI model performance while integrating Agile and DevOps methodologies.
