Design, execute, and analyze performance tests for web applications, BI dashboards, and ETL/data models using JMeter, Playwright, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Integrate performance test automation in Azure DevOps pipelines including quality gates, reporting, and release readiness checks.
Identify performance bottlenecks, publish findings, and collaborate with development, QA, data, and operations teams within a SAFe Agile framework.
Minimum Requirements
4–8 years of experience in performance engineering or test automation with a strong focus on performance.
Strong hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter including test plans, correlation, parameterization, assertions, distributed execution, and result analysis.
Proficiency with Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python for custom performance scripting targeting web, BI, and ETL workloads.
Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, test execution, and reporting; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in performance testing complex environments involving web apps, BI tools, and ETL/data pipelines.
Comfortable working in a SAFe Agile Release Train environment and contributing to PI/Sprint planning and demos.
Skilled at root-cause analysis and integrating automation leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot for scripting and documentation acceleration.
