Lead onboarding and integration of healthcare data from member and third-party sources into the Truveta platform.
Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and validation to ensure data quality and conformance for clinical and research use cases.
Collaborate with external clinical teams, internal engineering, and product teams to automate and improve scalable data ingestion workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or healthcare data implementation roles.
3+ years of implementation experience with clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, or Allscripts.
Daily onsite work required at Hyderabad, India with regular overlap with US Pacific (West Coast) business hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in clinical data integration with deep knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA) and clinical ontologies (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, etc.).
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with clinical, technical, and product teams in a fast-paced environment supporting US-based healthcare stakeholders.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with hands-on expertise in data profiling, data quality analysis, and source-to-target data mapping.
