Lead and manage DevOps and release strategy for Continental’s global Salesforce Sales & Service platform.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations with reliable CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure full lifecycle management including release governance, environment & branching strategies, rollback/hotfix procedures, and troubleshooting deployment/application issues.
Minimum Requirements
Academic degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
Multiple years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or release engineering.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce development tools (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows) and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, SFDX/sf CLI).
Good scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python); professional English proficiency; willingness for up to 10% international travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale, global Salesforce Sales & Service cloud implementations with strong operational ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
Technically proficient in Salesforce deployment concepts, metadata handling, test automation, and rollback strategies.
Collaborates cross-functionally with architects, admins, analysts, and product teams in agile environments to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.
