About This Role
- Develop and maintain backend systems primarily using Ruby on Rails or similar languages.
- Translate product requirements into clean, efficient, and testable code with unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps to build scalable, high-performance enterprise-grade applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 0–2 years of software development experience (including internships or full-time roles).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Ruby on Rails or similar backend languages.
- Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Git; experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS), and container tech (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or exposure to Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Comfortable working with backend development in a collaborative, cross-functional engineering environment.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and code quality.
