Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices to support multiple Scrum teams and drive successful delivery of business objectives.
Act as a servant leader by removing impediments, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and development teams, and monitoring Agile KPIs and sprint metrics.
Coordinate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to maintain backlog prioritization, manage risks, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile facilitation roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale Agile environments and capable of coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving to manage team dynamics effectively.
Familiar with Agile transformations, DevOps exposure, and software development lifecycle understanding for enhanced Agile delivery.
