5–8 years experience in motion design, video, or brand film in-house, agency, or studio.

Advanced skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro with strong design craft in typography, composition, and color.

Demonstrated narrative instinct and distribution literacy across platforms like LinkedIn and pre-roll ads.

Location: Gurugram, India with meaningful in-office overlap; Full-time with some US timezone overlap; Reel required for application.

Proactive creative leader who independently proposes and drives video content without waiting for briefs.

Experienced in marketing or brand video production for recognizable brands, understanding commercial impacts.

Strong integrator of concept, design, animation, and distribution with ability to communicate and defend creative decisions clearly in American English.
