Sr. Software Engineer- Enterprise Platform

Own and scale distributed backend systems and enterprise data stores powering LinkedIn's Admin Center and multiple paid product lines.

Design, develop, and maintain core enterprise entities lifecycle including accounts, licenses, profiles, roles, and groups with high code quality and frequent integration.

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reusable, scalable platforms and influence architectural decisions.

BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years of software design, development, and algorithm-related experience.

7+ years programming experience in Java and/or any object-oriented language.

Experience in large-scale infrastructure and web service design (preferred but implied from responsibilities).

Proven expertise in designing and scaling distributed systems and backend platforms for enterprise applications.

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, object-oriented design, and software architecture.

Experienced in mentoring engineers and contributing to a culture of engineering excellence within complex technical ecosystems.
