Own product outcomes for Over-the-Road (OTR) shipment visibility segments such as Truckload, LTL, Parcel, or Last Mile, focusing on tracking quality, ETA accuracy and carrier coverage.
Analyze and improve adoption, engagement and retention KPIs by leveraging usage data, customer interviews and cross-functional feedback to prioritize backlog and roadmap.
Collaborate hands-on with data (writing SQL, using analytics tools) and customers to define product requirements, build prototypes with AI tools, and work with engineering and design through launch and post-launch phases.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years for Associate Product Manager level, 5+ years for Product Manager level with end-to-end product ownership and measurable business impact.
Practical experience in supply chain or logistics with understanding of shipper and carrier operations.
Strong technical skills including SQL proficiency, familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g. Pendo, Amplitude), and demonstrated use of AI tools for product prototyping or analysis.
Ability to work across distributed engineering teams with significant overlap in US Central Time zone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has hands-on experience managing product areas related to freight/shipping visibility with measurable improvements in key metrics like customer adoption and tracking accuracy.
Comfortable with data-driven decision making and able to independently write SQL, analyze customer behavior, and build actionable insights and prototypes using AI-assisted tools.
Experienced in customer engagement including discovery sessions, incorporating qualitative feedback into product decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
