Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications using best practices and guardrails.
Develop and configure Case Management solutions, business workflows, and process automation including Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Decision Rules, and UI components.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Platform development.
Strong expertise in Pega Platform versions 7.x/8.x/Infinity including Case Management and BPM capabilities.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and proficiency in Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and Async Processing.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Deployment Manager, and Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Pega application lifecycle including development, support, and performance tuning in Agile/Scrum environments.
Skilled in Pega UI development using Constellation or Traditional UI frameworks, and integration with external systems.
Preferably holds Pega certifications such as CSA, CSSA, or LSA and has knowledge of cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
