Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA, MCA, or MTech.
Advanced Python programming with asynchronous programming and API development expertise.
Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and modern software development tools (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and deploying autonomous agents using LangChain and similar frameworks with deep understanding of LLMs and API integrations.
Strong focus on AI safety, hallucination resolution, and agent evaluation consistent with enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Skilled in software engineering best practices and comfortable working with RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and knowledge retrieval systems in a production environment.
