Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of technical program or project management experience in modern e-commerce, retail tech, or digital marketplace environments.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (payment gateways, shopping carts, order management, inventory, APIs) and project management methodologies like Agile/JIRA.
Familiarity with web performance optimization, SEO technical requirements, and global data privacy standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance.

Experienced in managing technically complex, multi-stakeholder ecommerce programs with direct impact on revenue growth and user experience.
