Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure

Own end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure programs involving Storage, Backup & Restore, and Infrastructure Platforms, including strategy, roadmap, execution, risks, and success metrics.

Drive cross-team alignment and execution across multiple engineering groups, handling dependencies, risks, and customer concerns to ensure timely and reliable outcomes.

Provide technical leadership by understanding architecture and trade-offs, facilitating technical decisions, removing blockers, and translating technical progress for senior leadership.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

12+ years in technical program management, infrastructure engineering, or technical leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains such as storage, backup/restore, disaster recovery, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure automation.

Experience with program governance and tools like Jira/Jira Align, Confluence, Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous multi-team technical programs with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

Hands-on infrastructure knowledge enabling technical trade-off analysis and decision facilitation involving storage and data protection platforms.

Experience driving measurable improvements in operational cost, reliability, automation, and capacity; plus familiarity handling vendor relationships and platform modernization.
