Product Expert Contract and Information Management

Own and ensure the functional effectiveness and governance of contract and information management platforms (e.g., CLM, document repositories, AI-assisted review tools) across the enterprise.

Translate Legal and business requirements into product configurations, enhancements, and prioritized improvements aligned with Legal, Procurement, and Business needs.

Partner with Architecture and Product teams to maintain scalable, integrated, and enterprise-standard aligned solutions while preventing tool duplication and unmanaged contract risk.

12+ years of experience with contract review, contract lifecycle, or legal information management systems.

Strong understanding of contracts as legal instruments and operational data assets, including owning/configuring products supporting contract metadata, search, classification, and retrieval.

Experience defining standards and governance for legal or contractual information.

Location requirement: Bangalore, India.

Experienced in translating complex legal requirements into structured, scalable information models and product configurations.

Proven ability to operate as a domain expert within a larger product organization, partnering effectively between Legal stakeholders and Technology teams.

Has strong attention to detail with a system-level perspective on information flow within contract management ecosystems.
