Partner with Business Unit, Marketing, and Sales leaders to frame key questions, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide evidence-based strategic recommendations.
Integrate and analyze multiple data sources (sales, CRM, digital engagement, Veeva, IQVIA) using Power BI, SQL, and advanced analytics to deliver insights, dashboards, and predictive models impacting commercial planning and execution.
Develop scalable, automated analytical and AI-enabled solutions (including machine learning and GenAI), enhance data quality and governance, and support commercial excellence, field-force effectiveness, and performance reviews.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree or MBA in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Management, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in business insights, analytics, commercial excellence, data science, or consulting, with 2-3 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences (preferred).
Experience integrating and analyzing complex commercial data sets including CRM, Veeva, and IQVIA platforms.

Proficient in building and automating analytics dashboards, predictive models, and AI/ML solutions at scale within a commercial or pharmaceutical setting.
Comfortable working as a strategic internal consultant partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions with data-driven insights and continuous improvement approaches.
