Own end-to-end transformation delivery using Agile methodology, coordinating with Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO, and IT managers.
Drive Agile transformation and establish scalable, outcome-focused delivery practices across teams through hands-on Agile coaching.
Design, build, and operationalise Agentic AI capabilities and AI-powered playbooks to automate and improve transformation activities like planning, governance, reporting, and decision support.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in transformation delivery and Agile practices.
Experience managing delivery using Jira, Confluence, and Agile ways of working.
Ability to build, design, and implement Agentic AI capabilities and AI workflows relevant to business transformation functions.
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, or Gurgaon; Immediate or within 30 days notice period.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Agile practitioner capable of assessing and improving delivery processes through Agile coaching.
Proficient in identifying and incubating AI use cases that drive automation and augmentation in transformation workflows.
Skilled in creating and institutionalising AI-powered playbooks and reusable assets for day-to-day operational integration in transformation teams.
