Manage cash flow optimization and ensure monthly error-free financial closing for all Safran Business Units in India, focusing on Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 associates, handling process documentation, stakeholder communication including CFOs, and governance in finance operations.
Drive continuous improvement in the entire financial stream through process mapping, automation (RPA/AI), root cause analysis, and advanced data analytics for productivity and bottleneck identification.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA)/Inter-CA.
More than 8 years of professional experience in finance/accounting roles.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; strong Excel skills including Macros; knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
Location requirement: Hyderabad, India (onsite).

Experienced in managing comprehensive finance functions including cash flow, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial closing, with demonstrated team leadership.
Skilled in process optimization and automation within finance, capable of leveraging RPA, AI, and advanced analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Strong engagement with senior financial stakeholders, able to provide detailed process documentation, training, and issue resolution across multiple business units.
