Oversee operational delivery for membership enrollment and billing processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs, training requirements, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for process updates, capacity planning, recruitment, and inter-team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of overall work experience including leadership in relevant domain.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Non-BTech preferred.
In-depth knowledge of US Healthcare, Health Benefits, and Eligibility processes.
Willingness to work any shift and operate from office location in Hyderabad.
