Hands-on proficiency using AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) in daily work is required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced in architecting scalable web applications and driving engineering standards at team or division levels.

Proven ability to integrate AI tools and AI-driven insights into software development workflows and decision-making.
