Operate within NatWest internal ecosystem and assurance processes including Workday, security policies, DPIA/GDPR, and change governance.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience as a senior technology product owner or similar role.
Strong understanding of NatWest internal technology platforms, including Workday, corporate SSO, and security governance.
Experience with cloud-native AWS architectures, APIs, and integration in regulated environments.
Experience working in agile product teams with Scrum Masters and Solution Architects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiar with NatWest People Business, PeopleTech, Digital X, Architecture, and Security stakeholder environments.
Skilled in balancing experience, risk, governance, and delivery pace for prioritization decisions.
Experienced delivering enterprise platforms or organization-wide tooling within financial services or regulated environments.
