Collaborate cross-functionally to translate agent orchestration backend capabilities into usable, safe UX patterns while aligning platform architecture with business goals like adoption and time-to-market.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of software engineering experience focused on frontend or web platform engineering in high-growth tech or AI labs.
Deep expertise in web platform internals including Web Components, Shadow DOM, server-side rendering, hydration, streaming, and browser performance.
Strong server-side JavaScript/TypeScript skills with production experience in Node.js and Kubernetes-based service management, including rolling deployments and observability.
Experience shipping intelligent AI-driven user experiences, including working knowledge of agentic/multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, tool-calling protocols, and reasoning traceability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to design and scale large web platform frameworks, SDKs, or design systems used across multiple teams with careful versioning and migration strategies.
Experience in production operation of latency-sensitive, multi-tenant, containerized Node.js services on Kubernetes environments.
Demonstrated success in connecting technical platform decisions to business outcomes like user adoption, retention, and speed-to-market in startup or early-stage environments.
