Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in backend Java development.
Strong expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and TDD.
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with good understanding of HTTP and messaging protocols (JMS, Kafka).
Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Location: Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep specialization in Java Spring Boot microservices and backend system engineering in on-premises and public cloud environments.
Experience with performance tuning, memory leak identification, and database index optimization for scalable applications.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, automated test frameworks, API design, and good grasp of integrating AWS services and infrastructure as code tools is a plus.
