About This Role
- Manage day-to-day finance operations including financial closing, MIS preparation, reconciliations, and treasury within delegated authority.
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable, inventory, credit control, and support budgeting, audit, and statutory compliance (GST, Customs, DGFT, Income Tax, FEMA).
- Mentor finance assistant and interface with CEO/Management teams in India and UK to ensure quality finance delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant qualified (or semi-qualified) with minimum 5 years experience in medium size company (turnover INR 25-50 Cr), multinational preferred.
- Total work experience of 8 to 10 years, with at least 5 years in a finance managerial or equivalent role.
- Full-time onsite role based in Nasik, Maharashtra, India.
- Proficiency in financial accounting, MIS, budgeting, statutory compliance, and manufacturing accounting environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling finance functions in medium-sized manufacturing companies with turnover of INR 25-50 Cr, preferably in multinational enterprises.
- Capable of managing cross-cultural teams and collaborating with global/UK based management.
- Strong operational delivery focus including meeting deadlines, problem solving in finance functions, and team mentorship.
