Own technical direction and execution of machine learning projects within the Data Science team, including design and optimization of ML pipelines for production.
Mentor and support junior engineers and data scientists, establishing best practices for software design, architecture, and MLOps.
Maintain and scale ML infrastructure on GCP; ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and API development for ML models integrating with internal teams and customers.
Minimum Requirements
8 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
Proficiency in Python, Go, and machine learning frameworks; experience with MLOps tools including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.
Expertise in GCP services such as Cloud Run, Kubernetes, BigQuery, and VertexAI; proficiency with data transformation tools (preferably dbt).
Work Experience Required: 8 years; Other hard filters: experience leading or mentoring technical teams, solid API development and automated testing skills.
