Lead design and implementation of Saviynt-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions including workflows, SoD, access certifications, and role models (RBAC, ABAC).
Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations/connectors with systems like Active Directory and Entra ID, including SQL query optimization and user lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX), and cybersecurity standards in the deployment and change management of access management products using DevOps tools.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of experience specifically in Saviynt configurations and implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Modeling, or relevant field.
Proficiency in SQL query writing/optimization and experience managing groups in Entra ID and Active Directory integrations.
Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of SOX, GxP compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced IGA technical lead with hands-on expertise in Saviynt and Enterprise Access Management solutions in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
Skilled at translating complex business access requirements into technical designs and automation workflows using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams with strong stakeholder management and documentation practices using Confluence, JIRA, ISPM.
