About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of Saviynt-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions including workflows, SoD, access certifications, and role models (RBAC, ABAC).
- Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations/connectors with systems like Active Directory and Entra ID, including SQL query optimization and user lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX), and cybersecurity standards in the deployment and change management of access management products using DevOps tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience specifically in Saviynt configurations and implementations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Modeling, or relevant field.
- Proficiency in SQL query writing/optimization and experience managing groups in Entra ID and Active Directory integrations.
- Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of SOX, GxP compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced IGA technical lead with hands-on expertise in Saviynt and Enterprise Access Management solutions in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
- Skilled at translating complex business access requirements into technical designs and automation workflows using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams with strong stakeholder management and documentation practices using Confluence, JIRA, ISPM.
