Design and develop autonomous AI agents using Large Language Models to automate multi-step Finance and Procurement workflows within Oracle Fusion ERP.
Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion Cloud, external APIs, and databases to operate production ERP processes with minimal human intervention.
Set technical direction and engineering standards, including building evaluation frameworks and implementing safety guardrails for automated finance workflows.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years designing and building scalable systems.
Proficient in Python, API design, large language model engineering, and AI/ML fundamentals.
Experience with backend systems including databases, microservices, and system architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience; must work on-site in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in decomposing complex business processes into AI-implementable components, specifically within Finance and Procurement domains.
Strong skills in integrating AI-driven automation with existing ERP systems, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Capable of driving technical standards and innovation in AI-agent architecture for enterprise-scale finance system automation.
