Administer and configure Workforce Software (WFM) system including policy profiles, quota and timesheet calculations to support accurate scheduling and payroll.
Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot integrations between WFM and HR/Payroll systems like SAP Employee Central Payroll.
Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards, optimize scheduling models, and provide technical support including Tier 2/3 issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on experience administering or configuring a major Workforce Software platform.
Experience with SAP Employee Central integration related to WFM.
Any Graduate degree.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical aptitude for system logic, relational databases, and data interfaces, focused on Workforce Software platforms.
Experience translating complex business and regulatory requirements into functional system configurations.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HRIS, Payroll, and Operations teams for system alignment and support.
