Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new customers using CloudSEK’s cybersecurity products (XVigil, BeVigil, SVigil).
Configure and customize platforms including alert rules, asset inventory, and conduct API integrations with customer security stacks.
Develop and deliver tailored training and scalable onboarding resources to reduce time-to-value and improve customer adoption.
Minimum Requirements
2–5 years experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer onboarding in SaaS or cybersecurity.
Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including threat intelligence, digital risk protection, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs including reading documentation, making sample calls, and debugging.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple onboardings and excellent communication for technical/non-technical translation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in customer-facing roles bridging sales and engineering with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable with IT security integrations, specifically with SIEM/SOAR platforms and API enablement.
Capable of creating technical documentation and onboarding materials to scale adoption in a global customer base.
