Develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/GenAI based SaaS products used globally.
Participate in the entire AI development lifecycle including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Review code from peers ensuring adherence to industry best practices and assist research on state-of-the-art generative AI techniques.
Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years of software development experience with design patterns and software practices.
Proficient developer in Python and related frameworks (FastAPI, PyTest, Celery); hands-on experience with REST APIs, object-oriented programming, concurrency.
Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps concepts; working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Terraform and GitHub Actions.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; experience with AWS and MS Azure cloud services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in a DevOps model with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Proactive in taking ownership of feature requirements and production maintenance.
Strong technical communication skills, comfortable debating and defending technical approaches at various organizational levels.
