HR & Talent Acquisition Associate (Full Time, Remote)

Own end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities across multiple clients and roles.

Develop and execute search strategies to attract top talent and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.

Manage candidate progress and communication, ensuring timely updates and alignment with hiring managers and recruiters.

2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields with strong full-cycle recruitment expertise.

Must be comfortable working remotely on US shift timings (8AM - 5PM EST).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Experience supporting remote teams or in a startup/in-house recruitment environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Detail-oriented and highly organized with a process-driven approach to managing multiple hires and stakeholders simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage recruitment processes in fast-paced, remote settings.

Experienced in collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals and timelines efficiently.
