Supply Chain Support Manager (Full Time, Remote)

Manage day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory monitoring, purchase order management, and supplier coordination for Costa Vida's restaurant network.

Analyze supply chain data to identify operational issues, cost-saving opportunities, and support forecasting and replenishment planning.

Coordinate and support a small supply chain team while ensuring communication and resolution of supply chain challenges across internal and external stakeholders.

3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement/purchasing, inventory management, supply planning, or related field.

Strong hands-on experience with inventory management, purchasing/procurement, and supplier management.

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or supply chain systems.

Must be able to work remotely during US business hours.

Experienced in inventory-heavy industries such as restaurants, food & beverage, FMCG/CPG, or retail with focus on detailed operational ownership.

Proactive with strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, operational risks, and cost-saving opportunities through data-driven approaches.

Comfortable working independently and leading or supporting small teams in a remote setting with US-based collaboration.
