Minimum Requirements
12+ years in cybersecurity with minimum 5+ years in Threat Research, Threat Intelligence, or Detection Engineering at senior/lead level.
Expertise in identity-based attack techniques (e.g., Pass-the-Hash, Golden Ticket, MFA Fatigue) and adversary tradecraft tools like Mimikatz and BloodHound.
Proficient with industry security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, ATLAS, MAESTRO) and detection rule development (e.g., YARA, Splunk SPL, KQL).
Willingness to work hybrid from Bengaluru office with potential global travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical expertise in identity security, cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID, GCP Cloud Identity), and privileged access management.
Proven thought leadership through published research, patents, CVEs, or speaking engagements in cybersecurity threat research.
Strong cross-functional communication skills to convert complex threat research into actionable product requirements and detection algorithms.
