Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity or related domain.
Ability to work onsite from Bengaluru office in rotational shifts covering LTAM and USA time zones.
Experience with support ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira Service Desk) and familiarity with cybersecurity tools like VirusTotal, Whois, or SIEM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Early to mid-level cybersecurity professional focused on threat detection, incident response, and brand protection.
Comfortable working independently in a 24x7 support environment with rotational shifts aligned to global customers.
Experience or interest in SOC operations, phishing mitigation, and use of automation or scripting to enhance workflow efficiency.
