Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks covering functional, integration, and performance tests.
Collaborate with development, QE teams, and stakeholders to integrate testing into the development process and ensure product quality through execution and analysis of test cases.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years relevant experience as developer, automation engineer, or SDET.
8+ years coding experience in Java with strong OOP and Core Java knowledge.
4+ years experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI or Azure DevOps.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical/business field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading and mentoring distributed SDET teams across US, Canada, and India in a highly automated CI/CD environment.
Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Coralogix with ability to support complex product and deployment architectures.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker to build scalable test architectures.
