Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
Strong hands-on skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and AI-driven features, and complex Salesforce integrations using various integration patterns.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Salesforce platform architecture and multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor developers within Salesforce teams.
Familiar with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) and integration middleware (MuleSoft or similar), with strategic focus on Salesforce-first integration approaches.
