Product Management - Payment Product | Experience : 5-8 yrs

Own and scale Paytm's International Expansion payment product charter including merchant onboarding, card acceptance, clearing, settlement, payouts, reconciliation, and merchant experience.

Lead integrations with external vendors such as card schemes, settlement banks, FX providers, and open banking aggregators.

Drive cross-functional product execution by collaborating with engineering, compliance, business teams, and senior management to manage roadmap and deliverables.

5+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.

Experience in merchant payments and global fintech environments.

Experience with payment products including acquiring, gateways, banking, card scheme integrations, merchant onboarding, settlement systems.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years as per JD.

Experienced in launching new payment products in new international markets with understanding of regulatory requirements.

Strong execution focus capable of operating in complex, high-scale, cross-functional fintech environments.

Able to lead multi-stakeholder coordination including senior management and external partners for payments product delivery.
