Act as subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, ARCS, and EPM.
Lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting operations, reduce errors, and standardize workflows.
Support ERP system implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects through data validation, testing, and end-user training.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) and direct involvement in an ERP migration to a cloud-based Oracle system.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and advanced Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing Oracle Cloud Financials in a hybrid work environment and driving system enhancements alongside IT teams.
Proven track record in accounting process automation and applying process improvement methodologies.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to optimize data flows and support complex system transformations.
