About This Role
- Act as subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, ARCS, and EPM.
- Lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting operations, reduce errors, and standardize workflows.
- Support ERP system implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects through data validation, testing, and end-user training.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) and direct involvement in an ERP migration to a cloud-based Oracle system.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and advanced Excel skills.

- Proven track record in accounting process automation and applying process improvement methodologies.
