Lead the HR function at the regional level by partnering with business leaders to support growth objectives and future talent needs.
Own overall accountability for assigned stakeholders by working with business and HR leadership to implement HR strategy.
Manage employee lifecycle data integrity, policy adherence, grievance resolution, engagement initiatives, and key HR metrics tracking (attrition, attendance, escalations).
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of experience as a core HR Business Partner.
Experience handling Performance Management and reviewing/executing developmental plans for employees.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and digital HRIS tools.
Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in core HRBP role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to execute and implement new HR strategies at a regional/business level.
Strong stakeholder management skills evidenced by acting as primary HR SPOC for regional leaders and field teams.
Experienced with managing HR compliance, audits, employee relations, and regional HR operational metrics tracking.
