Define and lead overall quality strategy including test planning, execution, defect management, and production-readiness sign-off for enterprise AI and digital platforms.
Manage end-to-end testing across APIs, cloud services, AI workflows, security validation, performance, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including engineering, security, operations, and business teams to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant production releases.
Minimum Requirements
8–12+ years experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Quality Engineering leadership roles.
Strong hands-on experience with API, integration, cloud-platform, security testing, test automation, performance engineering, and defect governance.
Experience working in BFSI or another regulated industry is strongly preferred but not explicitly mandated.
Technical proficiency with Postman, REST Assured, Swagger/OpenAPI, Selenium/Cypress, JMeter/LoadRunner, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and security scanning tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of owning scalable, risk-based QA frameworks for large, distributed, enterprise testing programs.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination among architects, cyber-security, operations, and senior stakeholders in regulated industries.
