Oversee GST, taxation, audits, treasury functions, fundraising support, and coordination with auditors, investors, banks, and tax advisors.
Minimum Requirements
CA qualified.
7–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-growth technology or start-up environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books, group consolidation, subsidiary accounting, GST, taxation, audit, investor reporting, and financial due diligence.
Experience required in cash-flow management, working capital, MIS, and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced finance professional comfortable with managing multiple subsidiaries and consolidated financial statements in a fast-paced tech/start-up environment.
Capable of independently managing senior stakeholders such as auditors, investors, banks, and cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership in managing and developing finance teams with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
