Manage the end-to-end fixed assets accounting process in SAP, including asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, and monthly depreciation runs.
Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting for fixed assets and general ledger alignment.
Drive finance transformation initiatives by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and supporting team mentoring and transition planning.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, MCom CA(IPCC), or CMA Inter preferred.
2–5 years of experience in fixed assets accounting or general ledger.
Proficiency in SAP Asset Accounting module and strong Excel skills; experience with Blackline is a plus.
Good understanding of IFRS/GAAP accounting principles.
