About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of 10+ engineers, managing hiring, performance, and career development.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform components, including architecture, design, deployment, and monitoring.
- Drive engineering quality standards, system design reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and mentor engineers across distributed US-India teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years managing teams of 7+ engineers.
- Strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot with hands-on coding and design review skills.
- Experience with distributed microservices, event-driven architectures on AWS, and multi-database stacks including MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis or similar.
- Experience working in high-ambiguity, fast-paced SaaS environments with cross-functional communication proficiency.

- Skilled in troubleshooting production-scale performance issues and resolving technical debt proactively.
