Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend services for customer identity management across multiple brands using Java and Spring Boot.
Own the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support of identity and access management services.
Collaborate closely with security, architecture, and product teams to deliver stable, reliable customer identity features and support future CIAM platform evolution.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of software engineering experience with backend development focus.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot for building production-grade REST APIs and microservices.
Meaningful experience in customer identity and access management (IAM/CIAM) including authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and integration with Azure AD B2C or similar platform.
Experience with cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, automated CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring/observability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced backend engineer with strong expertise in customer identity and access management platforms and standards.
Comfortable taking full ownership of complex backend systems and driving them from design through production support in a cross-functional team environment.
Able to clearly communicate technical risks and trade-offs and interested in growing into technical leadership roles within identity platform development.
