Market bench candidates across multiple visa categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, US Citizens) to US clients and Tier-1 vendors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, partners, and clients to maximize placement opportunities and profit margins.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate profiling, posting on job portals, interview coordination, and tracking submission and placement status.
Minimum Requirements
1–3 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US Staffing.
Strong knowledge of US visa categories: OPT, CPT, H1B, EAD, GC, and US Citizens.
Experience using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch) and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Must be available to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST in Vijayawada location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in US IT staffing with a focus on bench sales and vendor/client relationship management.
Ability to independently manage recruitment lifecycle and negotiate rates to optimize profitability.
Comfortable and productive working in night shift environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
